Schools from across the state of Illinois were partnered with museums from the Museums at the Crossroads consortium in Champaign County. Together the museums and students have researched topics, used the newest technology to create panoramas and presentations, and built web pages for others to view on the Internet. Through the links on this page students and teachers can contact the participating museums from the Museums at the Crossroads, talk to other schools, learn more about what other topics are being researched, view lesson plans submitted by teachers working with the project, and get up to date information on activities at the various museums. There's also a new Trivia page that is sure to challenge students of all ages. |
